I. Mobile welding smoke purifier (VH-Y)

VH-Y welding smoke purifier is a movable purifier, mainly purifying a large number of small metal particles suspended in the air during welding and cutting, which are harmful to the human body. It is suitable for purification systems with a system air volume of 1000-2000m2h.

working principle

Under the action of the induced draft fan, the dusty flue gas is collected by the universal suction arm and enters from the top of the equipment. First, it passes through the flame arrester set at the inlet, and the spark is biliary retained by the flame arrester. Dust-containing flue gas enters the settling chamber, and the flow velocity of the flue gas is rapidly reduced, and large particles of soot will be deposited in the line ash hopper. The fine dust enters the filter room, the dust is blocked on the surface of the filter, the clean gas passes through the filter bucket and flows into the clean room, and is finally discharged through the air outlet at the top.

It can meet the comprehensive management of various welding workshops, and is usually used for the purification of multiple welding stations and CNC cutting equipment smoke in the entire plant. The main purification method is to install a purification system outside the large-scale integrated plant workshop. An air duct is installed in the workshop, and the dust is collected through the collection system and directed to the purification system for treatment and discharge.
