Principle of molecular sieve (zeolite) adsorption and concentration runner
The molecular sieve (zeolite) runner is divided into three areas, namely the adsorption treatment area, the regeneration area and the cooling area.
Organic waste gas is first treated with particulate matter and impurities through a pre-filter. The pre-treated waste gas then enters the adsorption area of the molecular sieve (zeolite) runner for adsorption and concentration. The gas is purified and treated using the molecular sieve (zeolite) adsorption of organic substances. After the gas can reach standard discharge.
The molecular sieve (zeolite) saturated with VOCs enters the regeneration zone, and the organic matter is blown out from the molecular sieve by hot air. It can be concentrated 5 to 25 times according to the needs of the member. The concentrated organic waste gas can be heated by CO / RCO / RTO. Oxidation technology decomposes into harmless CO, and H, O. The cooling zone after high humidity desorption is cooled with cold air. The temperature of the air used for cooling will rise after passing through the cooling zone, and it can be saved by using it for regeneration air. A certain amount of energy consumption, the heat released by the decomposition of organic matter after a period of system operation can maintain the molecular sieve regeneration, that is, the heat balance of the regeneration process is reached, which greatly reduces the number of vehicles. The entire system adsorption and regeneration thermal oxidation process is automatically controlled by PLC.
