Explosion disc (explosion-proof plate)
At the set burst pressure line, when the pressure difference between the two sides of the burst disc reaches a preset value, the burst disc will act immediately and release the fluid medium.
Prevent the explosion from spreading from the initial position to other process units, and avoid the occurrence of "secondary" explosion or system explosion accidents, thereby reducing the harm of the explosion. Explosion-proof valves are usually installed on dust collectors, cyclones, and other dust process pipes that require imported flameproofing. It can also be used in combination with flame arresters on pipes with flame arresting functions.
During normal discharge, freely emitted during an explosion, allowing flames and dust to evacuate protected equipment. When the equipment is located indoors, pipes are often used to safely transport the explosion outdoors. However, the cost of deploying larger blasting plates and piping relative to the sharply reduced release efficiency limits the practical application. Flameless venting is designed to protect people and equipment from flames and dust. In the event of an explosion, flames and dust are discharged into the device. That is, flameless venting is suitable for indoor or explosive propagation paths where there is danger to personnel.
Spark detection and extinguishing system
