Principle of activated carbon adsorption and concentration device

The activated carbon adsorption and concentration device utilizes the characteristics of the micropores and huge surface tension of honeycomb activated carbon, granular activated carbon, and activated carbon fibers to firmly adsorb the organic solvent in the exhaust gas, thereby purifying the exhaust gas. After the activated carbon is saturated with adsorption, the organic solvent adsorbed in the activated carbon can be blown off at a certain concentration ratio using hot air or hot nitrogen, and sent to a CO / RCO / RTO thermal oxidation device to decompose it into harmless CO, and H, O, and release a lot of heat. A heat exchanger or a heat storage body is used as a heat exchange device, and the released heat is used to heat the high-concentration organic waste gas entering the thermal oxidation device. After a period of operation, the desorption and thermal oxidative decomposition processes reach equilibrium without the need for additional energy.
The entire system of adsorption and regeneration thermal oxidation process is automatically controlled by PLC.
